Vehicle warranty will be honored subject to terms and conditions of the factory warranty stated in the manual, such as but not limited to: following the periodic maintenance schedule at accredited Maxus service centers.

Will genuine Maxus parts still be available for future servicing and repairs?

We will continue to provide genuine parts for Maxus vehicles.

Are all Maxus service centers nationwide still operational?

With the transition of the Maxus brand, service is available at our Alabang Service Center facility.

My Maxus vehicle is out of warranty. Can I still have my car serviced with you?

We welcome all Maxus units for service, whether they are within or outside of the warranty period of the vehicle.
